New Client Information Terms for Rebalance Physio Glasgow

Thank you for choosing Rebalance Physiotherapy Glasgow and Simpson

Physiotherapy. To help us provide the best possible service and ensure fair access to

appointments, please read and agree to the following Terms of Use before completing

your booking:

Initial Assessments – £50 Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your Initial Assessment.

This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your assessment and deducted

from your final payment on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel or do not attend your appointment, this deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours notice may transfer the deposit

to the new date at our discretion. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in loss of

deposit.

Return Appointments – Cancellation and Rebooking Fee

For follow-up or return appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for

cancellations or rescheduling.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a £15 cancellation or rebooking fee will be applied

to cover administration and clinician time.

This fee will be added to your next invoice or collected at the time of rebooking.

General Terms

By booking online, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Guarantee– If for some reason we did not live up to your expectations today, we WANT YOU TO TELL US– once you let us know within 24 hours of this appointment, our director will contact you personally, refund any money you paid for the session and give you your next session for FREE.This is our guarantee to you for not only today’s session– but for any session in the future Please do not feel bad about telling us where we can improve – we would rather you tell us than someone else.

Pay at the Time of Consult– consultation fees for all private clients are to bepaid at the time of consultation – no invoices will be given. Should you need a payment plan please ask at our front desk for options.

Block Booking Policy -We operate a policy of Block Booking where by we encourage our patients where appropriate to Block Book their appointments in advance once we discuss the appropriate treatment plan. This is routine practice in our clinics.These appointments can of course be altered as appropriate, and this does not require payment in advance. The future booking of sessions allows you to get the most convenient treatment time for you and also increases the success of your treatment programme.

Referrals Expected – as we are a family owned and operated practice – the majority of our clients come via the kind referrals from our current clients – just like you – this reduces our need to waste money on expensive advertising and concentrate on what we do best – helping as many people as possible.
